WOD: 100 to 10 Legs and Abs Pyramid

100 knee highs

90 squats

80 bicycle crunches

70 jumping jacks

60 calf raises (per leg)

50 crunches

40 jumping jacks

30 walking lunges

20 leg raises

10 jumping squats


Start from 100 and go down, then repeat from the bottom up.   Rest in between sets.  It takes about 30 minutes to complete.  If you are still motivated finished with 30 minutes of cardio.

If you only want to complete it one time up the intensity by changing the squats to jumping squats, the walking lunges to jumping lunges, or the cardio section to xx seconds of sprints.
