WOD: Adapted Fitness Mag Leg Workout

A while ago I found a set of leg exercises on Fitnessmagazine.com that I really like and then totally forgot about until now.  Trying to keep things interest I brought these exercises back to create a leg circuit.  I complete this workout without weights, but if it’s too easy try incorporating light weights into the squating and lunging exercise for added burn!

20 squats

20 under leg kicks

20 rock back and forths

20 lunge kicks

20 golf swings

20 side lunges
