I thought this posted yesterday, but oh well here it is today!
I’ve been wanting to try making kale chips for a while and with all the kale I had left over from this delicious gnocchi recipe now was the perfect time.
- 1 bunch of kale
1. soak kale in salt water for 30 minutes or longer if desired.
2. Dry kale.
3. Coat baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Spread out kale and sprinkle with extra salt. Bake at 225 for 20-40 minutes (until crispy) turning occasionally top prevent burning.
I also completed a workout inspired completed by this kick ass Pinterest pin.
This is a quick workout (30 minutes of less) but totally ass kicking. My legs were complete jello and I was dripping with sweat! It can be done anywhere, which means you don’t have an excuse not to try it. To increase intensity add some free weights in with your squats, lunges, or calf raises. Get to working:)
20 jumping squats
30 lunges (15 each leg)
40 calf raises (20 singles per leg)
50 second wall sit
100 jumping jacks
Complete 3 times.
