| cable lat pull down | 3 sets, 8 reps | 35 per cable (70 total) |
| bent over row | 3 sets, 10 reps | 50 lbs. |
| one arm row | 3 sets, 10 reps per arm | 25 lbs. per arm |
| seated reverse fly | 3 sets, 10 reps | 30 lbs. total |
| back raise | 3 sets, 20 reps | 10 lbs. |
I’m hoping that I can maintain 5 days of week even with working days…ready go!

For dinner I decided to try another recipe from one of my favorite blogs How Sweet It Is…
A red wine and goat cheese risotto with carmelized mushrooms. I won’t show you a pick of mine because for some reason my arborio rice really absorbed the red wine…
which means my risotto was purple…
not exactly the most appealing color, but delicious all the same…
